Health and Fitness Expert
Katrina Pilkington is a NASM-certified personal trainer, weight loss specialist, youth exercise specialist, nutrition coach, AFAA group fitness instructor and presenter studying exercise science-kinesiology. She was inspired to change careers after her own humbling experience battling poor health. Her goal is to pay forward the knowledge she’s gained and to be a catalyst for others to change the trajectory of their own health and their communities. Katrina has mentored and trained over 300 group fitness instructors and personal trainers around the country.
