About
Fitness has always been a cornerstone in my life and continues to be in different ways. I started out at the Jane Fonda Workout center, taking aerobic dance classes in order to help me stop smoking, and loved it so much I started training to teach. I went on to learn the weight room and after about ten years of teaching/personal training, I spent a couple years training and doing aerobic competitions at age 40. This fitness field truly gives one back what they put into it and I still get a kick out of helping others discover that feeling for themselves.
