Currently based out of Montgomery, AL area, I am an Alabama State Board Licensed Registered Nurse of over 10 years, and a nationally certified fitness instructor and personal trainer through ACE and AFAA, teaching and training clients on a per request basis in and around the Montgomery metro area, while working full-time for the State of Alabama Department of Rehab Services in Montgomery and currently serving my country as an enlisted reservist in the U.S. Air Force Reserves. I am also an former marathoner, and a certified USA Track & Field Level 1 Running Coach. I have competed as a USATF masters league Sprinter, as well as an NPC and NANBF Figure athlete.
