I have been interested in health and wellness most of my life. I am certified to teach TRX, PiYO Live, Cize Live, Core de Force Live, P90X Live, and Insanity Live. I passed my ACE Personal Trainer exam 10/5/2017. I love supporting others as they engage in healthier behaviors and begin to experience the joy of caring for their bodies. I am also an ACE Group Fitness Instructor and certified in TRX, PiYO Live, Insanity Live, Cize Live, Core de Force Live, and P90X Live. In addition to being a trainer, I am also a licensed independent social worker supervisor (LISW-S) and licensed independent chemical dependency counselor with with clinical supervision endorsement (LICDC-CS).
