I have an absolute passion for fitness and nutrition. I love helping my clients make better choices to increase their health and fitness as well as develop inner peace and well-being. I believe in a holistic approach to getting fit. It takes a healthy balance in many areas of one's life to become truly fit, and I am here to help you every step of the way! You have opportunities to earn free or reduced sessions by purchasing session packages and keeping up with food journals (if that is part of your plan). I am flexible on session cost. I am more interested in helping you feel good and achieve your goals.
