My personal fitness journey began when I decided my fitness levels needed to match my enthusiasm for adventure! Although I had 30 pounds to lose, I didn't allow that to discourage me. Fast walks became a part of each morning. I knew I had the power to begin this healthy change with just a moderate little addition to my schedule and it became addicting! I slowly progressed to higher levels of fitness and was addicted. My style is quite eclectic so I tried many forms of exercise and adventured down many paths of fitness activities. I feel this will help my clients to stay engaged. There is so much joy in a healthy active lifestyle. I want to share that with others, no matter where they are in their journey, but don't be surprised if you become hooked like me!
