I earned my bachelor's degree in public health in 2014, but my passion for health and wellness started long before then. I have been in the wellness industry for about 10 years now, am an experienced personal trainer, health coach (weight management, stress management, & tobacco cessation), and hold a Pre/Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist certification through Fit For Birth. I have a deep respect for the female body and all that it is able to achieve.
