About

Phil Ross, aka "Master Phil" and "The Kettlebell King", is a lifelong Martial Artist and Fitness Guru. An 8th Degree Black Belt with the East-West Martial Alliance under Professor Jon Collins, he also has Black Belts in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Bando and Taekwondo. Additional to his ACE Certification, he is a Master RKC Kettlebell Instructor, Progressive Calisthenics Certified and a Chancellor with the University of Diverse Defense. He has two books, SURVIVAL STRONG and Ferocious Fitness and a video training series, The Kettlebell Workout Library. The 20 hour, 104 workout series comes with 144 page full color manual is available in both DVD and Online formats. Phil Ross conducts seminars, workshops and certifications both in the U.S. and Internationally. This former UFC, Mixed Martial Artist Coach and Bodyguard conducts certifications in his SURVIVAL STRONG defensive tactic and strength street survival system. Group classes and personal training sessions are conducted daily at the Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ based American Eagle MMA and Kettlebells. Classes are available for children starting at age 3, adults and teens.
