I was born in 1984 in Istanbul. I have been interested in fitness-bodybuilding since I was 17. I did some kickbox. To become a specalitist in this professional field, i got the American Council on Exercises Personal Trainer, EREPS EQF Level 4 Personal Trainer registration, Turkish Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation Coach and MEB Healthy Lifestyle Coaching certificate after completing my education in Anadolu University. I have worked with a number of people who have different needs and goals since 2008. Besides personal training, i write articles about the topics which most people are interested in my blog. “Know one thing about everything and everything about one thing” has become my motto in the center of my career. I nonstop work to update my knowledge with some trainings, by doing some research and joining and paricipating in some seminars to help people. Afterwards i share it with people. I am a personal trainer with more than 13 years of experience and trainings together is sports coaching, Thanks to my experience, i help people according to their purposes, needs and physical structures without using them as a guinea pig. Eskişehir Anadolu Üniversitesi'nde lisans eğitimimi tamamladıktan sonra, alan uzmanlığı sıfatını kazanmak adına uluslararası Amerikan Egzersiz Konseyi Personal Trainer, EREPS EQF Level 4 Personal Trainer tescili, Türkiye Vücut Geliştirme ve Fitness Federasyonu’ndan Antrenörlük ve MEB Onaylı Sağlıklı ve Zinde Yaşam Eğitmenliği sertifikalarını aldım. 2008 yılından beri profesyonel olarak farklı istek ve amaçları olan onlarca kişiye özel eğitmenlik yaptım.
