Bodyhoops Fit Kids

Learn how to lead fun and inspiring hula hoop fitness classes for kids ages 5-12. BodyHoops Fit Kids Instructor Objectives: 1. Practice, and later, teach the basic skills of hooping. 2. Create a class session for the age range of students they will be teaching. 3. Know the progression of basic hooping skills to teach to multi-level classes within the group’s age range. 4. Understand and apply teaching techniques and age appropriate skills. 5. Focus on positive classroom management techniques for discipline.
