Common Musculoskeletal [MSK] Issues …. Training Considerations

Most adult clients have experienced an injury or accident in the past. Often they present with poor posture, low back ache, knee pain, shoulder and hip tightness, or some combination of the above. This can be a challenge for any Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor. Join Pat in a practical session on training progressions, modifying physical activity and exercise patterns, and tweaking individual exercises in order to reduce the risk for injury as well as improve MSK health, fitness and performance.
