Why Your Workout Doesn’t Work…And How To Fix It

The purpose of this one-hour seminar is to provide the trainer with ideas that may indicate substantiation of the lack of progress in a particular workout or exercise routine or program. By listing areas of possible concern for lack of client progress and making suggestions as to how these areas can be modified to achieve greater success will provide the personal trainer with some viable options and variations that have been shown to positively impact the approach, scheduling and/or sequence of prescribed activities with specific emphasis on intensity, exercise choice and rate of implementation. In addition, the role of program measurement as well as suggestions for activities outside the training session that will positively impact client improvement are provided. By empowering the client with simple and usable information, program success will be enhanced and client retention will be improved.
