Active Isolated Stretching and Strengthening of the Core and Extremities.

The fitness professional will come away from this course with a heightened knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology. How the muscles of the core move and Stabilize of the body, and how the body moves within specific planes. The fitness professional will understand how active muscle innervation inhibits a stretch response in the antagonist muscle and why, and will be able to demonstrate an understanding of Sherrington's and Wolfe's laws of movement, and how they impact muscle strength and range of movement
