Kix Remixed is a cardio workout that combines easy to follow/teach classic hi-lo choreography with intense cardio kickboxing combinations. All the choreography is formulated to the 32 count phrasing. The 32 count formula allows the instructor to break out and break down the movements so that the class learns, gets to know and finally works the combinations. The 32 count formula gives the instructor the ability to progress and regress which adds dimension to the structure and flow of the class. The classic hi-lo combination is an “active recovery” and baseline pattern to return to after powerful intervals of intense cardio kickboxing choreography.
