Kettlbell KBNY High Intensity Fitness

The High Intensity Kettlebell Fitness Course (HIKF)© is based on ancient Russian kettlebell lifting sport methodology taught to me directly by world champion lifter and chief advisor of the World Kettlebell Club (WKC), Valery Fedorenko. As a fitness author, kettlebell master coach, and full time kettlebell gym owner (KBNY), I have developed my own fitness version of this high level sport. HIKF Course participants will learn the intricacies of the core kettlebell lifts, including the Swing, Clean, Press, Push Press, Jerk, LongCycle, Half Snatch and Snatch, and must demonstrate adequate proficiency with each. Students will also learn the practical methodology to apply this system to themselves, as well as the average American, via the HIKF seven variables of intensity. Course graduates are also granted legal permission to use over one dozen pre-established, ready-to-use HIKF protocols, and shown how to generate their own unique programming. There is also a written exam students must pass at the end of the course. Students come away from the class with an in depth knowledge of specific technique and how to apply the HIKF system. A detailed program manual and access to online video support provided for future study and review.
