Medicine Ball in 3-D

The versatility of the medicine ball is endless. This workshop gives you an array of exercises and ways to use the medicine ball for a true 3-dimensional workout. Targeting cardiovascular endurance, strength, and core movement patterns, this dynamic approach to fitness is focused, functional, and fun. Learn how to create 2-5 minute cardio segments, change the stance or position of the medicine ball to create strength and intensity challenges, and experience a few partner exercises that challenge the core. Push it, toss it, throw it, slam it-nothing is left untouched as the body moves through a variety of skills that condition from head to toe.
