Doonya (The Bollywood Workout) Instructor Training

Doonya is a dance based workout, incorporating 4 varying styles of Indian and Bollywood dance (Pop Bhangra, Village Celebrations, Classical, and Pop-bolly/Fusion) to bring together a cardio intensive and strength building workout good for the body, mind, and spirit! Through this 9 hour intensive course, GFIs will receive the understanding and the tools to independently teach Doonya and more importantly to learn the foundation and correct form behind the fitness and dance fundamentals used. Through both information and interactive training techniques, trainees will learn the history behind the various styles, the music and dance movements that differentiate them, and the best way to bring these styles into a fitness class to ensure safety and effectiveness.
