BarSculpt Basics

BarSculpt classes are best described as Pilates evolved. Inspired by the Lotte Berk Method, creator Leslie Hamm has created a workout that allows students to find more ease in movement, coordination, flexibility and the motivation to push themselves. BarSculpt brings together the alignment and dynamic movements of Pilates with the static healing of Yoga stretches into one system. Each BarSculpt class targets specific areas like the seat, abdominals, arms, and thighs, while creating balance and overall body conditioning. Students will build a strong core, improve their posture, and focus their mind.
