The course itself was informative and useful, though I think I would have liked to learn more kettlebell-specific movements rather than review basic movement patterns so much. On a side note, I found the quiz to have poorly-worded questions that made it hard to understand and answer correctly. One question specifically asked, “If a client CANNOT perform an overhead press, what is not a good alternative?” And many of the options were not good alternatives. One was a row, which does not work the same muscles, one was a snatch, which would likely be dangerous, and the correct answer was an isometric movement that challenged shoulder stability. Lastly, the training manual is absolutely RIDDLED with basic grammatical errors and spelling mistakes. I wouldn’t normally complain but it was seemingly every other paragraph had a sentence off.

By understanding that there are several proven ways to move with a kettlebell, you can better help your clients achieve the incredible fitness benefits available through the use of this equipment.
In this course, you’ll gain an understanding of both hard style and kettlebell sport, giving you the ability to take a simple yet masterful approach to teaching challenging kettlebell exercises, such as the hinge, swing, press, clean, and snatch. Invaluable tips and techniques to help improve movement patterns, breath work and engagement will be shared. In addition, you’ll learn safety guidelines and kettlebell anatomy, as well as how to incorporate a mobility warm-up and form drills.
Developed by Marcus Martinez, CSCS, this course is designed to help you achieve safe and effective performance of basic kettlebell movements and meaningful variations that will elevate your skills as a coach—allowing you to teach others, while also allowing you to move better with kettlebells and maximize your own workouts.

Reviews
Nicely done, easy to follow. Only comment, could you more full training videos.
The video was very informative and I was able to do the moves along with the trainer which was very helpful.
Course videos were informative. For CEC purposes, accompanying PDF seemed unrelated to the videos which was confusing at quiz time. Instructor talks alot, so better just to follow the videos closely and try to make some notes.
I have a personal trainer so this was a little more complicated than I thought. I still don't really understand what a clean is?
ALOT of information PDF should be in a better printable format
