    I think this would be a better course if done in person. The correspondence format isn't well done. The video is the same video you'd purchase for an at-home workout.

    Accurate information. A few typos, as usual. I've given up on any thought about these videos, though. Just focusing on the books. The idea of yoga with weights strikes me as sort of silly. Novelty for its own sake. I would never teach such a class. It throws off balance and alignment. Just lift weights as one activity, practice yoga as another.

    The manual was filled with typos and inaccurate references which made it a bit of a challenge by itself. Also the manual and the video are not labeled the same so I wonder where is Yoga Lean I is and what I missed as an instructor? When this package arrived I called to confirm all was correct, but it was still confusing.

    I learned a lot from this course. However I believe the strength poses were minimal. I would like to see more poses and I would also like to see the manuals come with a poster or large page to print out to have all poses and descriptions so that we can ensure proper form on the more difficult poses.

    I felt that the DVD did not correspond well to the reading material. The reading material was Yogastrength and the DVD was a body bar workout. The course reading material was much more informative.

    I found the video class irritating and lacking many of the components of a class that make it yoga as I know it. Also, I think hand weights are most versatile and easier to work with (especially in smaller spaces) than a body bar. I had hoped for ideas to spice up my yoga with weights class and was disappointed.

    Questions were poorly written and video isn't clear.
