How recovery modalities can impact your clients … and your business
Recovery is one of the hottest topics in the fitness industry and any comprehensive training plan without a dedicated focus on recovery is incomplete. With so much excitement behind exercise recovery, countless new tools and technologies have popped up to aid the process. But is this just a passing trend, or do these modalities live up to the hype? It’s critical that exercise professionals understand this vast market and how it may impact your business and clients.
In this video training, you’ll learn how the recovery process may allow individuals to train harder and more often, with less risk of injury. Throughout the course, you’ll be guided through the specific variables that individual recovery methods use to maximize effectiveness, and how to use those methods in your business.
Led by Mike Deibler, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, fitness educator and business owner, this course will give you an opportunity to learn the science behind recovery and how to apply different recovery methods that benefit your clients.
Upon completion, you will be able to:
- Understand the physiology behind fatigue and recovery
- Identify the different types of fatigue that we must recover from
- Integrate different modalities into your training plans for clients
Just okay. Nothing wrong with the information, just sort of a dry boring presentation. That said, if you need 1 credit, it's valuable from a purely informational standpoint.
After being in the military for 20yrs, becoming an ACE Professional has really opened my eyes to the extreme importance of applying recovery as part of my workout routine and maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle. This course was very easy to follow and has so many great beneficial information that I can apply to myself as well as my clients.
