This course is well worth your while. I took this course because I started working with my first pregnant client and wanted to be as best prepared as I could. This course not only made me feel comfortable training this client but also gave me confidence as a trainer through all of the useful information it provided. This course will help you be prepared to train your pre and post-natal clients and feel confident answering a lot of questions that arise about exercise and pregnancy. Highly recommend.
