I specialize in those individuals with physical limitations. I enjoy conducting small group Pilates Spring Board sessions. I have developed new techniques and made contributions in the field of physical therapy. I have also invented a few items that enable those with balance issues and those with LE issues unable to ride stationary bikes to do so. I conduct balance and fall prevention workshops. I design programs for those wishing to use the equipment in their residences and residence fitness centers, providing bound but printable, well described pictures and text. I am a CERT member (Community Emergency Response Team). I am also a licensed massage therapist specializing in sciatic, low back, neck and lymphatic drainage. I am also certified in the application of electrical stimulation and ultrasound as therapeutic modalities. During the off season I spend my time working at a rehab facility to keep my self current as well as to enhance my experience and knowledge so that I may better serve my clients. My goal in life, which is also my mission statement, is to improve the quality of life for all no matter what, if any, their physical, mental or emotional limitations.
