I love helping women get and stay in shape. As a mother of 8, I know how important it is to have energy, reduce stress, and have a general sense of health and well-being. I've worked as a trainer for over 20 years and have a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology. In addition to training clients, I have authored books and articles, developed fitness equipment, and been showcased on several television programs.
