Whether you want to train in your home, on my equipment, in your gym, or have a program to take on the road, I will personalize your routine to give you the greatest chance of success. Although I have worked with clients from seven to 76 years old, my favorite clients have been those with little or no experience as to what, and how they should approach creating a "fit" body.
