I am seeking clients in the entire St. Louis (any zip code) metro area and in Illinois. One of the most valuable things I have learned after many years of building relationships through personal training is the need for mutually collaborative partnerships. I believe as we share the responsibility together we can set and achieve your fitness goals. This philosophy has served me and my clients well over the years. It’s about quality of life. I want to teach you healthy lifestyle habits you can live with for a lifetime. I have been working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer since 1998 and have experience with all types of people; from athletes to arthritis, young and old, male and female. My goal is to attend, motivate and educate my clients to attain and retain a condition of optimal physical fitness suited to their lifestyles, preferences and needs. I have developed a passion for special needs populations and have had extensive experience in these areas. I also have extensive experience working with people that are ready to transition from physical therapy to an ongoing fitness program. I have a passion for training with older adults and find in working with this population I often learn as much from the client as I have to teach. I am here to help you add years to life and life to your years.
