My passion is helping people become healthier and I believe everyone can do some kind of physical activity safely. My nursing background is beneficial in working with people with various medical conditions: arthritis, heart disease, fibromyalgia, diabetes and low back pain. My clients enjoy the variety of their workouts, as well as knowing that each personalized workout will bring them closer to their own health goal. Incorporating yoga and pilates gives my clients more strength, flexibility and emotional evenness.
