About Patricia Cappeto: Enthusiastic and passionate Group Fitness Instructor with expertise leading exercise classes in strength training, aerobics, water aerobics (“Aquasize”), yoga, pilates and Zumba. ACE certification since 1991; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (“CPR”) and Automated External Defibrillator (“AED”) certified. Fitness professional teaching safe and effective group fitness classes, personal group exercise to help everyone in their quest to reach their personal health and fitness goals. My classes are uniquely designed to inspire and motivate others to change their health and fitness-related behaviors Currently, teaching Classes geared to Seniors (age 55 and up). Fun, high energetic fitness class tailored for the active senior; designed to help increase participants’ stamina with low intensity aerobics and increase range of motion through balance, flexibility and strength training. Previously, taught group fitness in various gyms and facilities in Long Beach, NY including the Hollywood (currently NYSC), Recreation Center, Sunrise Center; 8 years continuous training self, family and friends
