I am doing something that I truly love! In 1989 I began my fitness career as an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor, 6 months later I became the Aerobic Director of the Downtown YMCA, one of Houston's largest group exercise programs. I earned the YMCA Fitness Specialists certification which enabled me to administer comprehensive fitness testing protocols. This experience defined my career path and life goal: to help others improve their world by improving their physical fitness. In 1992 I became ACE Personal Trainer certified and started Fostering Fitness, Inc. in 1994 where I have had the privilege of providing personal fitness training services to individuals, groups and corporations. With over 20 years of experience I have enjoyed training all levels of fitness with a wide range of “results based” methods. I truly love what I do! It is an honor I'm committed to!
