You will have the latest in technology and training and I promise you will never look at food and exercise the same. As a side note, pain does not equal gain. I will teach you the right way to experience success through proper stimulus and nutrition so you don't hurt. As of today, I have a couple openings through September: Monday 6:00am, Wednesday at 7am and Friday at 6:00am, 7:00am. Once a week is all you need of me, but take two if you are desparate until I help you reach your stride.
