Hello, my background includes a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology from the Ohio University in 1996. I have been personal training for the past 15 years with clients with a variety of different backgrounds. I enjoy working with all ages and populations on specific exercise programming geared towards the individual clients specific needs and goals.
