Having struggled with obesity in the past I understand some of the challenges one can face; not only mentally but physically. It is something I fought with for years until I discovered ways to make a change. At times it was very difficult but the rewards we worth it and I am glad I made the journey. You see I led a sedentary life as a Software Engineer and made some choices that put me in the situation I was in. I don't completely regret them because they made me who I am today. At the same time however, I realize they were not the best for me or my family. So I made some changes and committed to a healthy lifestyle. My goal now is to share what I've learned and help others overcome the challenges I've faces. It is difficult and no one should have to go through that by themselves. So I am here to support you on your journey to a more fit lifestyle.
