Martha has followed her rowing passion for over 20 years, competing in national and international regattas, as well as training rowers of all ages and abilities. She has also worked extensively with adults, children and families who are working to achieve and maintain a healthy body weight. In addition to ACE Personal Trainer certification, Martha is a Certified Rowing Instructor with Concept2 / UCanRow2, and holds coaching certification from US Rowing as well as a Masters in Public Health in activity promotion and obesity prevention. Martha can help you find the athlete within - help you push yourself out of your comfort zone with supportive challenge - whether you are preparing for a big event, or simply getting started in a sport or exercise program.
