Being in the medical field for almost 7 years as an EMT I've seen many great people suffer from illnesses and chronic diseases that could have been prevented or lessened with simply exercising. When my father had three strokes that limited his ability to perform daily activities my interest in exercise caused me to change my college major from nursing to exercise science. I love helping and motivating anyone, whether it be one training for a triathlon or one just trying to prevent being wheelchair bound.
