As a former Paramedic, I have seen first hand the effects of self-neglect and inactivity. I had treated many patients with symptoms and complications of diseases that, in many cases, could have been avoided or corrected through a healthier lifestyle. In retrospect, I realize that while I had been helping people, I was on the wrong end of the spectrum. I was being reactive rather than proactive in caring for others. It was an easy transition when I decided to share the knowledge that I've gained over the past 35 years as a fitness enthusiast Healthcare Professional. With an extensive background in all aspects of fitness along with accredited certifications as ACE CPT, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) & Senior Fitness Specialist (SFS) credentials, I am confident that I can help my clients achieve their fitness goals.
