A fitness instructor from NJ, I entered the fitness scene a long time ago, helping anyone who approached me looking for tips and advice on how to live a healthier lifestyle. An avid cross country and track & field runner throughout high school and college, My knowledge of health and fitness comes from absorbing all the information I received, throughout my life, from fitness professionals and educators, former coaches, trainers, other athletes, and from my own research and experience. While working at Harvard Business School's fitness facility, I was able to connect with excellent personal trainers and fitness instructors; it was during this time that I realized I wanted to officially enter the fitness industry, and become a certified fitness instructor to help people live a longer, healthier, and more active life.
