I take a holostic approach with my clients. I am passionate about what I do and want my clients to experience true health and wellness. I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients. I have experience training men, women, older adults and atheletes. I not only train my clients but coach them through the mental and emotional aspects of behavior change. I also have an interest in training clients with asthma. As a lifetime sufferer of asthma, exercise has helped me tremedously and I know how to work around it. Everyone is unique and I want to design a program that works specifically for the individual.
