I am a student at Heritage college that graduates in May with a Associates Degree "associates in occupational studies and personal training". I take the ACE Exam in May or June so I can use all the study help any Certified Trainers can provide. I am a Martial artist and my focus as a Trainer will be Core Training,Martial arts training,Aerobic endurance and fitness training,Weight management,HIIT,Nutrition and Hypertrophy training.
