In addition to being an ACE Certified Personal Trainer I have qualifications in TRX suspension training and rip training. I'm currently expanding my business San Diego Healing Touch. As owner and founder, I have been a student and practitioner of the healing arts since 1998. I am a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner, Hypnotherapist and EFT/NLP practitioner. My passion for the mind/body connection and achieving and teaching wellness have propelled me to the next level which has been fitness. My goal for the division of Dynamic Fitness and Wellness is to provide a complete wellness program for my clients.
