I am an ACE certified Health Coach and Senior Fitness Specialist as well as an ACSM certified Personal Trainer. I specialize in and absolutely love training adults 40+ and older adults including seniors who could benefit from functional exercise training and fall prevention programs. I am happy to train both fit and previously sedentary older adults. I am also a triathlete and enjoy working on strength training programs for older triathletes who are new to the sport. I am a mobile trainer working predominantly in the south Orange County, CA area.
