About
Seven (7) years as an ACE Certified Fitness Professional. Former military. I understand the importance of physical fitness. After I finished my time in the military, I realized how different it was in the civilian world, and the only difference was the understanding of how important it is to take care of this machine we own—our bodies. Being fit could mean the difference between life and death. There was a saying in the military, "If we take care of our bodies, one day when we need it, our bodies will take care of us." However, I realized, with diabetes and heart disease on the rise it's not that much of a difference. My goal is to share my knowledge and experience. With experience in MMA conditioning, cardio kickboxing, trampoline, HIIT, and BootCamp, I'm "amped" to share his experience... through your sweat!
