I am a student at the University of Iowa studying biomedical/musculoskeletal engineering with an emphasis on pre-med, pre-law, and mathematics. I have trained a diverse group of clients such as bodybuilders, Miss Teen USA competitors, power-oriented athletes, cancer survivors, and those who just wish to improve general health. Gyms are my Valhalla. I love seeing people progress towards and achieving their goals! I play competitive racquetball and am transitioning into training for functionality and aesthetics.
