About
My name is Luke Ott. I am a graduate of Western State College of Colorado now known as Western State Colorado University. I earned my Bachelor's of Arts degree in Exercise and Sport Science with an emphasis in Health and Fitness. Since then, I have earned my ACE Personal Trainer Certification, Functional Training Specialist Certification and Sports Performance Specialist Certification. I specialize in endurance training. I competed in NCAA DII cross country and track while a student at Western State. I made the 2008 National Runner-up XC team and was a member of the 2011 National Championship team. In 2013, I was the assistant track coach for Crested Butte Community Schools and helped lead the team to a conference championship, and the first individual state qualifier for a sprint event in school history. My education, experience working in the High Altitude Performance Lab (HAPLab), NCAA experience and coaching experience has made me one of the most credible and effective endurance trainers in the Denver Metro area. Contact me! I would love to help you achieve your goals!
