I am passionate about exercise and fitness because I know what it's like to start at the bottom and work your way up. I know what it's like to struggle and come back, I've been there. I wanted to lose weight and get in shape, and while doing that I discovered a passion. I started pushing myself, making up workouts, and training family and friends.
