As a breast cancer survivor, I know the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Thanks to good nutrition and regular exercise prior to my diagnosis, I had the physical strength and stamina to endure my cancer treatments with a lesser amount of side effects. I became an ACE certified personal trainer 5 days after celebrating my 3 year anniversary of my diagnosis. I am excited to work with other women who want to make positive changes in their lives.
