Currently, I provide Personal Training and own and operate a Snap Fitness Franchise in South Lincoln. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics from UCA and specialize in working with weight management clients. With my background, I place special emphasis on healthful eating and nutrition education when training. I also have experience developing corporate fitness and wellness programs and designing Fitness Boot Camps. In the past few years, I've had the opportunity to work with Southeast Community College in teaching the Personal Training Certification course for WITS.
