My name is Brian Bradley. I am 31 years old and served in the US Navy for 10 years before separating to peruse my passion for health and fitness. No, I was not a drill instructor and yell at my clients..lol. I believe in putting the word Training into Personal Trainer. If you understand and enjoy what you re doing, your much more likely to invest your valuable time and effort doing it! I am a an ACE Certified Personal Trainer currently employed through 24 Hour Fitness in San Diego, CA. I also hold national certifications at the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA). I specialize in weight loss nutrition and functional training for the "average" individual looking to improve all the details of their health and fitness. Yes it really can be fun! I am also soon to receive a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology from San Diego Christian College with intent to continue on to graduate school.
