About

I approach training from 3 different perspectives. The mental one: by using cathartic exercises I'm able to combine plyometrics and "steam let out" movement in order to create a relaxed and stress-free body. The physical one: stretching, bodyweight, aerobics, weight training and balance. I integrate everything into fun and complete workouts in order to create an healthy body in an healthy mind. The spiritual one: I usually use the last 10-15 minutes of a session, to focus on the awereness of the present moment. This simple but powerful practice (defined in many ways vy the different philosphies such as zazen, viphassana, rigpa, mindfulness) allows for a deep relaxation and detachment from the usual "worried" state. The body and the mind have been cleared of excessive energies and trained, in those last minutes we're able to totally enjoy our present awareness.
