I'm a Certified Personal Trainer (ACE), Certified Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA), and First Aid/ CPR Certified. I have a Bachelor's Degree from Virginia Tech and am a professional obstacle course athlete, and nationally-ranked NPC Bikini competitor. I've competed on NBC's American Ninja Warrior and Ultimate Beastmaster, a Netflix original series. My husband Peter and I have two daughters, and are also foster parents.
