About
My name is Tina Enderlein. My interests as a Group Fitness Instructor include strength, core, and flexibility training. I teach several different classes to young, middle age, and older clients. Classes that I currently teach include: Pilates Workout: toning and strengthening class that combines the principles and techniques of general fitness with the core-strengthening moves of Pilates. Yoga/Pilates Fusion: blend of Yoga and Pilates for the mainstream fitness participant integrating body and mind with a focus on strength, balance, and flexibility. Butts and Guts: toning class focusing on the lower body and the abdominals. Washboard Abs: toning class that strengthens the muscles of the mid-section and low back in a targeted workout. Beach Body Shape-up: muscle conditioning class focusing on core muscles of the body including chest, abs, back, shoulders, arms, and legs. Circuit Training: highly efficient workout that elevates heart rate and burns maximum calories in minimal time. Great for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. Participants choose their intensity level. Fitness Yoga A non-purist yoga class designed for the mainstream fitness participant. This class integrates both body and mind through yoga poses with a focus on strength conditioning, and flexibility.
